Inground Pool Solar Installation Hardware

Inground pools demand more from every component. Higher flow rates, longer plumbing runs, deeper basins, and collectors sized for larger water volumes put stress on parts that generic hardware can’t handle. That’s why we stock solar panel hardware for inground pools engineered specifically for these conditions.

  • Mounting Hardware Roof and ground mounting systems built from corrosion-resistant materials that hold up for 20+ years of outdoor exposure. Proper mounting keeps collectors aligned for optimal sun exposure, prevents leaks at attachment points, and protects against wind uplift. We carry straps, anchors, standoffs, and flashing kits for Custom systems, plus Gator Clamps and fastener packs for ST panels.

We stock PVC Schedule 40 fittings, adapters, unions, and connectors sized for systems running up to 70 GPM. The easiest way to tell: Custom collectors are flexible black rubber that bends. ST panels are rigid plastic with a distinctive hexagon header.

How do I know which parts I need?

Start by identifying your collector type, Custom (EPDM) or ST (polypropylene). Parts are not interchangeable between the two systems. If you’re unsure what you have or what’s compatible, contact us with your system details and we’ll recommend the right components.

Yes. Most components, valves, sensors, fittings, even individual collector panels, can be replaced without draining your pool or interrupting circulation long-term. Our installation guides cover how to isolate sections for quick replacements.

Yes. Both Suntrek product lines are modular. If you want more heating capacity, additional collectors and inground pool solar installation hardware can be added to your existing array without replacing what’s already installed. For expansion planning, schedule a site evaluation.
